        Not yet at Amazon.com or Kobo.com for me in Germany, maybe at the start of the working week? I’m very thankful they’re moving on it, in any case.

          I’m checking it daily too, but of course it’s the weekend, and logical that it might take up to a week to ‘propagate’ to the points-of-sale.
          As Estara said, I’m very happy that DAW solved it so quickly.

            It has propagated!!!!!! To Kobo anyway. *checks* AND to Amazon.com as well, both show me option to buy. Which I shall do RIGHT NOW, wohoo!
