Not a ceiling hugger, but a light and fan combo that is going into the living room to save us some cooling bills during the summer: this baby has a fan in its heart, but is otherwise compact and quiet until you set the fan on stun.

Is there a con?
No, check Jane’s blog.
Tonight’s menu:
Catfish fillets with Spice Hunter Fish Seasoning Blend, a dash of parsley flakes, and a dash of orange juice, broiled / steamed in the oven. The spice blend is salt-free. I didn’t feel the need to add any salt.
French fries, oven-baked.
Broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, microwaved, a little margarine added.
Bigelow Spiced Chai tea.
All in all, not too bad on calories, good on nutrition, and very tasty.
I bought a FryDaddy small deep fryer recently, but there is no need to go crazy with it. I don’t do a whole lot of fried foods anymore, but I wanted it for those times when I do want something, as I really, really don’t trust this stovetop for any deep frying.
I am going to watch an episode, or binge-watch, the new Lost in Space reboot. The reviews all look good. I liked the movie reboot from the late 90’s. I was not a big fan of the 60’s show, but it had untapped potential it never went with. Bill Mumy’s role as Will Robinson, his earlier role as the bratty, out-of-control boy in that Twilight Zone episode, and his later role as Lenier on Babylon 5, all were pluses. I have no idea if we’ll get to see him in a guest starring role in the reboot at some point, but it would be nice.
I see the Expanse has started its new season finally. Yay, looking forward to watching it too.
Take Care everyone.
