Don’t try to buy anything until we get it fixed. We CAN fix it, but it’s more complicated than we hoped.

Starting a club. Would you like to join? I was all set to knit a pair of house slippers which I am starting to actually need (as opposed to ‘wouldn’t they be nice to have’) and this was after knackering my three remaining working brain cells jickying with a shawl pattern that has a 16-row lace repeat attached to it. Got about four lines into the slipper pattern and realized a woman with a Japanese first and last name might have a different idea about what constitutes a “woman’s medium” size shoe . . . So I had to rewrite that pattern too so it would fit my American medium sized tootsies (8-1/2). The link is mostly for the graphic, which pretty well sums it up.

Oop — forgot that comments with links get caught in the spam trap. . . Nand C.J., if you would please fish it out?
WOL,there’s nothing in the trap. Something else ate it.
